  1. Martin, congrats on finishing IMLP. In reading through your blog, your training plan is very similar to mine. CrossFit, CFE, and other fun stuff. I'm 41 and 6 weeks into training for IMAZ myself. This is my first IM. So I'm very interested to know more about your experience.
