Feeling o.k. (with addendum)

Did bike intervals this morining. Had to modify the workout as I was time crunched. Original workout called for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 mile intervals with rest equal to work interval. I rested for one mile after each interval and had to combine the last three intervals into one 6 mile interval. Results:

6 16:42 21.55

I still don't feel 100% recovered from Patriot but obviously I am coming around. These have been some of my fastest intervals and I did not even rest the proper amount of time.

Hope to sneak out for a little while today to get my second workout in.

got my second workout done in the afternoon - concert at night. Did not want to miss workout anything with rowing and burpees has to be fun! 5 burpees, 10 pushups, 500m row AMRAP 20 minutes. completed six full rounds, all burpees and pushups on round seven and 100m into row on round seven.

  1. Still pretty impressive to drop the time you did from Rev3 at Patriot and keep these times up a couple of days later.
