One down

10! of squats, burpees and situps - 15:42. I have no idea of whether or not this is a good time - first time I have seen it on my plan. I felt like I was moving pretty good. Total = 100 squats (200 because of burpees), 100 burpees and 100 situps. Legs were burnning by the end of the workout.

  2. Hey Martin, I am wondering if you are doing this correctly - I have the same circuit on tap for today and also did it last week. 10 squats, 10 burpees, 10 situps, then 9 of each, then 8 of each, etc down to 1 of each.

    Just checked with Max...you are doing way too many of each! You do like to count! That set should have been what Erica said - it was on my plan today too....works out to 55 for each exercise - I say just cut your time in half and then take off a little more since you'd be a little more energized with a shorter set!

  4. Max used a new code on my workout schedule and I guess I interpretted it wrong. The last time he spelled it out - I figured 10! meant 10x10. Quite honestly I enjoyed the workout - got a good sweat going. Next time I will ask before leaping.
