I feel good!

I woke up a little slow this morning, but that's no real surprise as I am not a morning person. I ate a good breakfast, snacks and lunch (its almost dinner time) and hydrated throughout the day. The lethargy that I felt yesterday is pretty much gone. I have a sense of energy pulsating through by body. I hope this feeling stays as I have a couple of workouts tomorrow that I would like to push hard. Today was a rest day and based on how I felt yesterday I need it. I'm using the day to get caught up at work.
