Recovery workout number 3

Same workout as Monday. Bench press, pushups, swings, pullups, GHDs and Hip extensions all felt about the same as Monday. I felt amazingly strong on the pullups. Could have done all 12 in a row, but broke them down into 8/4, 8/4, 9/3 to keep effort at about 60%. No kipping - didn't need the stinking kip.

I want to go hard again! I guess we are conditioned to go hard now, but I understand the need for recovery.

It looks like I get to swim hard and do heavy squats on Sunday - looking forward to it.
