Max back squats x 7. 165, 185, 195, 185, 185, 185, 185
165 went up real easy. 185 felt pretty comfortable so I went to 195. I could feel my form falling apart at 195. I was hoping to break 200, but felt it best to play it safe. the next two 185s went so well that I thought about putting some weight back on the bar but decided that keeping good form and getting full range of motion would benefit me more.
