First workout was 5 x 3 reps of squats. Warmed up with bar and then 135 x 10 and then started first set with 155. Progressed to 165, 175, 185, 185. Considering that 185 was my max not too long ago, this is a good result.
Biked a 15k TT in the dungeon. My perception was that it was going to be one of my best results, but I finished in 30:34 making my average speed about 18.25. I'm baffled because everytime I looked at my bike computer it had my speed between 18.7 and 19.2. Not sure how I ended up only averaging 18.25 except I did drop my water bottle and had to pick it up, but that could not have added too much. Oh well, it's still a good result on the trainer.
