I forgot to mention

I forgot to mention that I decided to test my sweat rate during the one hour bike TT. It seemed like the perfect time to do it. Concept is simple - weigh yourself before the workout, weigh yourself after the workout and account for any liquids consumed. I need to do it again - I obviously did something wrong. According to my scale I weighed 155.8 before the workout and 154 after the workout and I drank 22 ounces of liquid. I don't think I need to do the math here - it just simply cannot be right. I have a decent scale, but it is still just a bathroom scale.......
